• Conduct market research to identify new business growth opportunities
• Ensure prequalification requirements and vendor registrations are completed on time
• Manage sub-consultant engagement, quotations, and contract negotiations
• Monitor CRM systems such as Salesforce to maintain accurate bid tracking data
• Ensure compliance with internal governance, risk, and approval processes
• Present proposals and bid strategies to internal risk committees
• Deliver submissions within strict deadlines while maintaining quality standards
• Mentor junior team members and support team development
