AECOM in Dubai, United Arab Emirates seeks a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to drive the complete proposal lifecycle from client inquiry through final submission. You will work across business development, operations, and technical teams to craft compelling, compliant proposals that demonstrate our capabilities.

You will lead proposal writing, editing, and review sessions, coordinate content and templates, and support market research and capture planning to improve win rates.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• 4+ years of proposal support or bid management experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and production skills for proposals and presentations.
• Knowledge of marketing best practices, RFQ/RFP processes, and proposal workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support proposal responses to RFIs, RFQs, and RFPs to ensure bid compliance.
• Coordinate content, templates, compliance, and timelines; supervise document design.
