Job summary

Danube Group in Dubai is seeking a dynamic Project Sales Executive to drive project-based sales of tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom solutions, and related building materials.

You will develop relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project managers; identify upcoming projects; secure specifications; and convert projects into orders while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field is preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in project sales within tiles, sanitaryware, bathroom products, building materials, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of project sales.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new project sales opportunities for tiles, sanitaryware, and related products.
• Generate leads through regular market visits, networking, referrals, project tracking, and industry contacts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, contractors, developers, and project owners.
• Identify upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and infrastructure projects.
• Meet with project stakeholders to understand product requirements, specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Promote and present the company's tile, sanitaryware, bathroom, and related product ranges.
• Work closely with architects and consultants to achieve product specification and approvals.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals, samples, product presentations, and technical information as required.
