Job summary

TASC Outsourcing seeks a results-driven Project Sales professional in Abu Dhabi to drive specification and project sales across key market segments. You will build relationships with architects, designers, developers and contractors, and manage projects from specification through order conversion.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing and 2+ years in project/specification sales in building materials.

Qualifications

• Experience in project/specification sales in building materials, sanitaryware, luxury interiors, construction, or related industries.
• 2+ years in project/specification sales with long sales cycles.
• Strong network within UAE A&D, contractor and developer community.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder, long-pipeline opportunities.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience using CRM tools and structured sales reporting.
