Job summary

Careers International in Dubai is seeking a proactive sales/engineering professional to propagate solutions to consultants, clients, end users and contractors for projects. You will drive cost-effective strategies in the ceramics/building materials market and work with Sales from tender to order to improve win ratios.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a related role, an engineering degree with commercial aptitude, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in a similar role with experience and knowledge in ceramics/building materials and tile products.
• Engineering degree with commercial aptitude - preferred.
• Active team player with initiative and drive.
• Excellent communicator in English (speaking and writing).

Responsibilities

• Meet and propagate solutions to consultants, clients, end users and contractors for the projects.
• Demonstrate the technical adaptability, quality and cost effectiveness spearheading the project and contract targeting construction and building material market.
• Prepare comparative analysis showing against our competitors.
• Provide Life cycle costings.
• Prepare and present solutions at various forums fan crowds.
• Build new tools to expand Company’s market share.
• For specified projects, work with Sales from tender stage till Order is secured and strategize to increase win ratio.
• Handle relationship with consultants and make them company’s favored consultants.
• Able to convert Lead to Company’s Spec – in and maintain No.1 Market position.
• Work on projects from concept stage.
• Support sales to secure company’s Approval, when required.
• Report all the visits, spec-in, project details, activities in CRM.
