Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Specialist - Project Resource Management for a full-time, on-site role. The position provides end-to-end resource management, mobility support and capability development for DM&T and UPSTREAM Capital Projects.

You will monitor workforce demand, coordinate mobilization, and maintain competency requirements with project leaders to ensure qualified talent aligns with project needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business is required.
• 6+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, mobility, or project resourcing.
• Knowledge of Power BI and Excel; relevant credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rolling resource demand and capacity plans for DM&T and UPSTREAM Capital Projects by project, phase, discipline, location and contractor or PMC.
• Validate inputs with project controls and delivery leads; identify gaps, surpluses and critical roles.
• Coordinate resource mobilization activities: requests, onboarding readiness, site access, rotation, and demobilization.
• Coordinate with Human Capital, project teams and PMCs to address staffing gaps within project timelines.
• Maintain role profiles and competency requirements; reflect in sourcing and mobility activities.
• Track and report workforce information; ensure data accuracy and auditable records.
• Prepare weekly and monthly resource dashboards; provide insights for leadership decisions.
