Job summary

ADNOC Group is seeking a Head - Project Management Systems for an on-site role in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. You will lead the specification, development, implementation and maintenance of project management and project services systems across ADNOC Group Companies.

The role focuses on establishing consistent processes, standards and tools, strengthening project controls and supporting the capital program delivery with competency development across the department.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in project management systems development and management.
• Extensive understanding of project management processes, systems and tools.
• Knowledge of project management and project services methodologies, controls and administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the specification, development, selection and rollout of PM systems group-wide.
• Oversee portfolio and project-based software, services cost and scheduling systems.
• Monitor PM processes and identify deviations and risks for reporting.
• Act as custodian of PM Systems Standards, Procedures, methodologies and tools.
• Ensure PM requirements are disseminated and applied consistently.
• Lead competency assurance and career development programs for PMS staff.
