XAD Technologies in Sharjah is hiring a Resource Management Officer to plan, coordinate, monitor, and optimize resources across multiple projects and locations. The role emphasizes manpower planning, equipment and vehicle coordination, material tracking, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will work with HR, Procurement, PMs and project teams to forecast needs, redeploy idle resources, and maintain accurate allocation trackers and utilization reports.

Qualifications

• Experience in Telecom, Contracting, Construction or related industry.
• Proven experience in resource management, planning or project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of manpower, equipment, vehicles and materials management.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and Google Sheets for resource tracking.
• Strong coordination, planning, communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and resource requirements simultaneously.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Work location: In person.

Responsabilités

• Plan, allocate, and monitor manpower, vehicles, equipment, tools, materials and other resources.
• Ensure optimum utilization of resources across projects, departments and locations.
• Coordinate with HR, Recruitment and Project Managers for staff deployment and mobilization.
• Monitor availability, allocation, utilization, maintenance and movement of vehicles and equipment.
• Maintain records of material availability, stock levels and requirements.
• Monitor resource-related costs and identify opportunities for cost control.
• Maintain resource allocation trackers and regular utilization reports.
• Forecast upcoming resource requirements with PMO based on project plans.
• Identify idle or excess resources and redeploy to other projects.
• Coordinate with HR, Procurement, Accounts, Administration, Warehouse and Project Teams to ensure timely, budget-aligned resources.
