Job summary

ADNOC Group in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, is seeking a Specialist - Project Planning and Scheduling for a full-time, on-site role. You will provide technical support for planning, scheduling and controls across ADNOC and its Group Companies, ensuring standardized methodologies, reporting, and timely insight into project progress, risks and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Project Management or a related discipline.
• 10 years of relevant experience in oil, energy, or major capital projects.
• Experience addressing technical discipline challenges as Expert/Discipline Tech Authority.
• Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling and controls.
• Proven ability to develop and implement PMC frameworks and governance.
• Experience in project performance reporting and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy and transparency of project planning reports and dashboards.
• Distribute reports to stakeholders and ensure key information is understood.
• Highlight significant issues needing management or shareholder attention.
• Participate in assurance audits and independent project reviews.
• Support benchmarking and lessons learned to improve planning practices.
• Plan and execute initiatives to improve the capital delivery program.
