Job summary

Worley is seeking a Planning & Cost Specialist in Abu Dhabi to perform project control, planning and cost management for mega Oil & Gas projects, working closely with the Project Control Manager. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, and prepare reports to support execution within safety, cost and schedule targets.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor2s degree in engineering, 15+ years in oil & gas or petrochemical, offshore/ADNOC experience, and PMC exposure; PMP/CCP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent with 15+ years in oil & gas.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project role.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience is required.
• PMC experience and FEED & EPC Phases experience required.
• Professional certifications PMP, CCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure baseline schedule follow-up, monitoring, and reporting.
• Advise on planning techniques, earned value, cost and schedule variance.
• Support program integration, governance, and plan optimization.
• Coordinate internal/external project reviews and meetings.
• Generate weekly/monthly reports with progress, actuals and variances.
• Develop and improve project control procedures with teams.
