Job summary

Worley is seeking a Specialist Project Control/Planning Engineer in Abu Dhabi to perform project planning, cost control, and scheduling within the Project Execution Plan. You will collaborate with the Project Control Manager to deliver on time, within budget, and aligned with safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, ADNOC offshore exposure, and a strong grasp of earned value and change control processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering discipline or equivalent.
• Minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry.
• At least 5 years in a similar position on mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience is required.
• PMI or CCP / PMP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure baseline schedule follow-up, reporting, change control and risk management.
• Develop integrated project schedules with interfaces from multiple contractors.
• Monitor progress, analyse variances and forecast completion.
• Guide project controls policies, procedures and standards.
• Coordinate reviews, contract administration and milestone certification.
