Worley is seeking a seasoned Project Controls Manager in Abu Dhabi to lead planning, scheduling, cost control and reporting for complex oil & gas projects. The role requires close collaboration with the Project Manager and discipline leads to ensure on-time delivery, cost control and governance across integrated programs.

The ideal candidate has 20+ years in project controls within oil & gas or Petrochemical sectors, with ADNOC and PMC experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from a reputable university.
• 20+ years of project experience in oil & gas or petrochemical industries.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee project control activities including planning, scheduling, monitoring and reporting.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interface milestones and contractor timelines.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company procedures.
• Generate weekly/monthly progress reports with variances and forecasts.
• Provide guidance on earned value management and cost/schedule variance analysis.
