Job summary

WorleyParsons Arabia Limited Co in Abu Dhabi seeks a senior Cost Estimating/Project Controls Lead to drive cost management for complex Oil & Gas projects. You will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and progress measurement to align with project objectives and client expectations.

The role requires FEED and EPC experience, offshore project exposure, and ADNOC project familiarity, with a track record in PMC support and timely, accurate reporting to owners.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in relevant engineering or equivalent from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen 15 years of relevant experience in the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical industry including minimum five 5 years preferred in GCC region
• Must have at least three 3 years of experience in similar position for international major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
• Experience within FEED & EPC experience is required
• Experience in PMC roles is required
• Experience in Offshore projects Required
• ADNOC project experience is preferrable

Responsibilities

• Champion the Project Safety culture behaviors and engagement activities
• Reviews monitors and controls Project costs
• Verify EPC Contractor requests for payments including the required supporting documents and achievement of milestone events and certifying their entitlements for payments accordingly
• Provide functional input to the review and approval of EPC Contractor s invoices and Change Order proposals
• Participate in Project risk reviews constructability reviews and value engineering workshops
• Review PMC systems and procedures to provide functional input and support continuous improvement
