Job summary

Worley is seeking a Lead Planning & Cost Control Engineer in the UAE to oversee project control functions and ensure schedule and cost objectives are met. You will coordinate with the Project Control Manager and drive integrated scheduling across multiple contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires extensive oil & gas project controls experience, leadership of a specialist team, and strong expertise in earned value management, risk analysis and reporting.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years of oil & gas or petrochemical project control experience.
• Proven ability to lead a team of engineers and specialists.
• Experience with project schedules, cost control and risk analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage baseline schedule follow-up, reporting and change control.
• Provide guidance on earned value, cost/schedule variances and forecasts.
• Coordinate with multiple contractors to integrate schedules.
• Ensure compliance with contract, procurement, planning and scheduling standards.
• Prepare and present progress reports and special analyses.
