Job summary

Worley Abu Dhabi seeks a Lead Planning & Cost Control Engineer to supervise project planning, scheduling and cost control for major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects. You will collaborate with the Project Control Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure on-schedule, on-budget delivery and milestone alignment.

Requires 15+ years of relevant experience, strong EVMS/risk analysis knowledge, and a proven track record leading engineers in GCC projects. ADNOC exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with 15+ years of Oil & Gas or Petrochemical project control experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar position on major Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects leading a team.
• ADNOC & Offshore project experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure baseline schedule follow-up and monitoring, performance reporting, baseline change control assessment, risk management and EV guidance.
• Advise on application of planning controls (earned value, variance, estimates at completion).
• Support program integration, governance, formats, plan optimization and best practices in project controls.
• Define and maintain Project Controls and Earned Value Management policies and standards.
• Develop integrated project schedules reflecting interfaces, feedstock, offsite, utilities and durations from multiple schedules.
• Monitor governance to ensure compliance with contractual obligations across the project.
