Job summary

The role requires 5-10+ years in pricing or related commercial roles, with a proven track record in implementing pricing strategies across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing or a related discipline.
• 5-10+ years of experience in pricing, commercial finance, sales, marketing or related commercial roles.
• Proven experience in developing & implementing pricing strategies that support growth and profitability.
• Experience managing pricing processes across multiple products, customer segments or geographic markets.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable commercial insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy development and execution for the Cluster Middle East region.
• Analyze market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify pricing opportunities.
• Establish and govern pricing frameworks, policies, and tools for consistency and transparency across countries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to improve pricing performance and value capture.
• Drive pricing transformation projects and capability-building to strengthen commercial effectiveness.
• Deliver pricing analytics, profitability assessments, and performance reporting for leadership decisions.
• Engage stakeholders at country, cluster, regional, and global levels to embed value-focused pricing culture.
