Job summary

Etihad Airways in Abu Dhabi seeks a Business Solutions Manager – Pricing to transform pricing technology, data governance and analytics across its expanding global network. You will partner with Commercial, Revenue Management and Technology leaders to deliver smarter pricing solutions, automate processes and introduce new capabilities that enable faster, more informed commercial decisions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Statistics, OR Economics (MBA advantageous).
Minimum 5 years relevant airline pricing experience.
Strong experience with Airnguru, ATPCO and Infare.
Deep understanding of fare construction, rules, routings, seasonality, and ATPCO categories.
Experience in airline commercial environments.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in Python, R, Tableau, Databricks or equivalent analytics tools.
Cloud exposure to Azure, AWS or GCP.
Experience with pricing transformation or product enhancement initiatives.
Knowledge of AI, machine learning or advanced analytics.

Responsibilities

Lead pricing system innovation and optimization.
Automate pricing processes and analytics.
Design and test proof-of-concepts before enterprise rollout.
Own pricing platforms and align with business strategy.
Collaborate with Pricing, Revenue Management, Commercial, Digital and Tech teams.
Lead system enhancements and production releases.
Monitor pricing performance and user behavior.
Govern data governance for Pricing Solutions platforms.
Translate technical solutions into business value.
Govern fare management, automation, and efficiency.
