Job summary

Kingston Stanley is seeking an experienced Pricing Manager to join a UAE-based company. The role leads pricing strategy, profitability, commercial analytics and price optimisation across B2B and B2C channels.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive margin improvement, manage pricing tools, and leverage Excel analytics to inform negotiations and competitive pricing in the downstream oil sector.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proven experience in pricing management/strategy with strong B2B pricing.
• Experience in downstream oil manufacturing, preferably lubricants.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, margin optimization, COGS costing, competitor pricing, and negotiations.
• Understanding of profitability analysis and margins.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing.
• Experience with pricing tools/software and e-commerce pricing is an advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in Pricing Management / Pricing Strategy, with strong B2B pricing expertise.
• Experience in downstream oil manufacturing, preferably lubricants or related products.
• Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, margin optimisation, COGS/raw material costing, competitor pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Strong understanding of PVM, profitability, and margin analysis.
• Excellent Excel and analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional influencing skills.
• Experience with pricing tools/software and e-commerce pricing is an advantage.
