Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an experienced Pre-Sales Manager to drive growth across AI, Data & Analytics and banking solutions for the UAE market. You will identify opportunities within banks and financial institutions, engage senior stakeholders, and work with technology partners to build pipeline and convert opportunities into business.

The role requires deep UAE banking market knowledge, strong pre-sales and solution-selling skills, and the ability to translate technology capabilities into banking use

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of experience in pre-sales, solution sales, business development or technology sales.
• Strong understanding of the UAE/GCC banking and financial services market.
• Experience with AI/Gen AI, Data & Analytics, Data Platforms, Fraud/Financial Crime, Automation or Digital Transformation solutions.
• Proven experience working with OEMs, technology partners and strategic alliances.
• Strong client-facing, consultative selling and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate technology solutions into business propositions and banking use cases.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and pipeline creation across AI, Data, Analytics and digital banking solutions.
• Identify and develop new opportunities with banks and financial institutions.
• Engage senior stakeholders across Technology, Data, Digital, Risk, Compliance and Business functions.
• Develop relationships with technology/OEM partners and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
• Translate technology capabilities into banking use cases and business propositions.
• Support client presentations, workshops and solution discussions.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline and contribute to revenue targets.
• Identify emerging technologies and potential new partners relevant to BFS strategy.
• Monitor banking technology trends, market opportunities and competitive activity.
