Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai is seeking an experienced IT Sales / Business Development professional to drive revenue growth in the Middle East.

You will identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for software and IT solutions, manage full sales cycles, and build relationships with C-level stakeholders.

Travel within the Middle East is expected as you represent Tanqeeb at industry events and meet clients to close deals and expand the pipeline.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in IT Sales or Business Development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development and sales strategies for the Middle East market.
• Identify, qualify, and engage potential clients for software and IT solutions.
• Generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and client outreach.
• Sell solutions including Contact Center Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and business stakeholders.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and requirement understanding to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial offers, and responses to RFPs.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, solution discussions, and negotiations.
• Understand customer business requirements and coordinate with pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams to propose suitable solutions.
• Monitor market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts and reports.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
• Support account growth by identifying cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, meetings, and business networking activities when required.
