Job summary

Tanqeeb seeks a Senior Enterprise Sales Director to drive the enterprise AI business across the GCC, including UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, targeting banks, insurers and lenders.

You will develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs and risk leaders, identify high-value AI use cases, and lead proposals, RFPs and negotiations in multi-stakeholder environments. A hands-on, growth-oriented entrepreneur mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology / SaaS / AI sales.
• Proven record of winning net-new enterprise customers.
• Experience selling large, complex deals in the $500K–$2M+ range.
• Strong GCC relationships across banking, financial services, insurance or lending.

Responsibilities

• Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closure.
• Build new-logo business across UAE, Saudi Arabia and Qatar.
• Develop relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, risk leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Identify high-value use cases where AI can improve revenue, risk, efficiency or customer experience.
• Lead proposals, RFPs, commercial negotiations and complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
