Job summary

Setcreative is seeking a Business Partnership Manager in Dubai to identify and manage strategic partnerships in fintech and financial services. The successful candidate will have 4–7 years of relevant experience and will oversee the partnership lifecycle, collaborate with internal teams, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or commercial roles in fintech or financial services.
• Proven track record of closing and managing complex B2B partnerships.
• Deep understanding of the UAE financial services and fintech ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pitch, and close strategic partnerships with banks, payment providers, merchants, and ecosystem players.
• Manage the end‑to‑end partnership lifecycle from prospecting and deal structuring to launch and ongoing management.
• Track partnership performance metrics and provide regular updates to leadership.
