Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
• 6-8 years of experience in business development, client relationship management, or partnership development within financial services.
• At least 4 years of managerial or leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of financial services, FinTech, banking or innovation ecosystem.
• Proven track record of developing strategic partnerships and delivering business growth.
• Excellent relationship management, communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and client engagement processes.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
