Job summary

Biz2X in UAE seeks a Manager – Partnerships & Alliances to drive strategic partnerships across fintech, banking, SaaS and payments. You will identify high-potential partners, develop propositions, and translate relationships into tangible business outcomes.

Reporting to the RVP, you will build a high-value ecosystem with banks, financial institutions, fintechs, platforms and ERP providers, moving from idea to execution with measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in partnerships, strategic business development, fintech, banking, SaaS, payments or financial services.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in banks, financial institutions, fintechs or technology companies.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with Biz2X’s MENA growth objectives.
• Identify high-potential strategic partners across banking, fintech, SaaS, payments and financial services.
• Build and manage a structured pipeline of strategic partnerships and prioritize opportunities based on commercial impact.
