Job summary

Comfi is seeking a Relationship Manager in Dubai, UAE, on-site to lead the Referral Partner vertical and maximize partner value for our rapidly expanding fintech platform. You will train, support, and scale our partner network, provide sales strategies, and guide SMEs toward financing options within our embedded finance offerings.

This role rewards creativity, persistence, and strong communication. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in relationship management, fintech or marketplace experience,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience in Relationship Management.
• Experience with embedded finance products or SME aggregator/marketplace platforms.
• Background in fintech, lending, BNPL, or payments.
• Prior experience in the UAE or GCC market.
• Strong Communication Skills and patience in dealing with stakeholders is crucial

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L for the Referral Partner Vertical.
• Grow the number of Referral Partners monthly.
• Keep current partners engaged and referring new SMEs to comfi.
• Provide sales training and sales strategies to address roadblocks
