Job summary

WorldFirst is seeking a Partnerships Manager in the United Arab Emirates to acquire, manage and expand a network of partners, driving referrals and onboarding across ecommerce and cross-border trade.

You will collaborate with marketing and product teams, travel to events and client meetings, and maintain a data-driven approach to measure impact. A proven fintech partner sales track record is required.

Qualifications

• Consultative partner sales experience in fintech/tech.
• Proven ability to generate referrals and manage partnerships.
• Strong networking with UAE marketplaces and Ecom players.
• Data-driven with MI reporting.

Responsibilities

• Acquire and manage key partner relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to onboard partners and align go-to-market.
• Deliver partner training and marketing materials.
• Represent WorldFirst at events, webinars, and client meetings.
• Meet or exceed partner-driven KPIs.
