Job summary

Queen Elizabeth's Global Schools is seeking a senior business development leader to identify and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and premium brands in the UAE. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
6–10 years in business development, partnerships or client engagement.
Corporate partnership or luxury/lifestyle sector experience.
Event management and brand collaboration background.
Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision making.
Strong networking, communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Identify, develop and manage strategic partnerships with corporates, institutions and premium brands.
Build a pipeline of corporate tie-ups to drive admissions and brand visibility.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI/UHNI individuals and corporate clients.
Conceptualise and execute events, open houses and networking forums.
Collaborate with luxury and lifestyle brands on co-branded initiatives.
Track partnership ROI, engagement metrics and conversion outcomes.
Prepare regular reports for leadership on business development progress.
