GMG is seeking a senior business development professional to build and manage a structured pipeline of target brands and principals in the UAE. You will conduct portfolio analysis, lead negotiations, and develop end-to-end landed-cost models to safeguard margins.

The role requires strong financial acumen, regulatory know-how, and experience with ERP/SAP and CRM systems. You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive category strategy, performance, and growth across multiple channels in

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales or Business Development.
• At least 3 years of experience in the UAE market.
• Strong business and financial acumen.
• Knowledge of logistics and distribution management.
• Experience with export documentation and regulatory affairs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and persuasion skills.
• Ability to perform data analysis and reporting.

Mansioni

• Build and maintain a structured pipeline of target brands and principals aligned to category strategy.
• Conduct category and portfolio gap analysis to define target segments and price tiers.
• Lead the full courtship cycle with prospective principals from initial contact to contract signature.
• Perform due diligence on prospective partners regarding financial standing, production capacity, and compliance.
• Build end-to-end landed-cost models including freight, duty, clearance, and warehousing.
• Design pricing architecture across the supply chain to protect margins.
• Coordinate product registration and regulatory compliance requirements.
• Develop complete brand business plans covering volume forecasts, gross profit, and growth trajectories.
• Lead negotiations for distribution and agency agreements.
• Identify, open, and scale new B2B channels and supply agreements.
• Manage and mentor team members to ensure alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
