Crucifer Academy in the UAE is seeking a seasoned Partnerships and Business Development leader to identify, evaluate, negotiate and onboard high-quality partners that enable learners to access our programs, deliver locally, recruit talent or strengthen market access across priority countries.

You will map partner categories, source candidates, conduct outreach, assess fit, coordinate diligence and contracting, and develop partner launch plans to drive early performance.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in partnerships or business development, market expansion or related roles.
• Strong commercial judgment and disciplined pipeline management.
• International exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Map target partner categories by country and build a country partner pipeline.
• Source and qualify candidates, conduct outreach and meetings.
• Assess strategic fit and economics, coordinate diligence and contracting.
• Build partner launch plans and monitor early performance.
