Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai, UAE is seeking a Senior Engagement Manager to lead strategic partnerships across Loyalty, Gift Cards and Payments in the MENA region. You will work with the Head of Partnerships to drive revenue growth, strengthen partner engagement and deliver measurable ROI through data-led campaigns.

The role requires 7+ years in partnerships or Key Account Management, fluent English and Arabic, and a proven track record of managing strategic accounts and driving business

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in partnerships, BD, or key account management.
• Proven revenue growth and partner engagement track record.
• Fluent English and Arabic communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership Management: Own high-value partnerships across MENA, driving retention, growth and profitability.
• Revenue Delivery & Commercial Growth: Deliver revenue targets via loyalty collaborations, campaigns and cross-selling.
• Partner Engagement & Enablement: Ensure partners leverage loyalty as a marketing and sales enabler and drive ROI.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Marketing, Insights, Legal, Product and Project teams to deliver campaigns and renewals.
• Market & Competitive Intelligence: Maintain knowledge of loyalty, rewards and payments across MENA and globally.
• Governance & Reporting: Lead budgeting, forecasting and contract negotiations with partners and suppliers.
