Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Senior People Partner (Arabic Speaker) in Abu Dhabi to act as a strategic partner to leaders and drive people initiatives that boost performance, engagement, and capability development. You will collaborate with center of excellence teams to deliver solutions aligned with priorities and foster a high-performance culture.

Responsibilities include partnering with leaders, coaching managers, driving workforce planning, and leveraging analytics for insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• 8–12 years HR experience including Business/People Partnering.
• Experience in Retail, FMCG, Hospitality, Telecom, Aviation or large multi-site environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Experience with HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to align people strategies with objectives.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, L&D, Rewards, and HR Operations for a seamless employee experience.
• Provide coaching on employee relations, performance management, and people issues.
• Support workforce and succession planning and organizational development.
• Drive engagement and culture initiatives across functions.
• Utilize people analytics to provide insights to stakeholders.
• Support organizational change and governance requirements.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and policies.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
