Job summary

A strategic consultancy firm in Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist to lead initiatives aligning people processes with business objectives. This role involves designing frameworks for organizational design and workforce planning while enhancing internal and external stakeholder experiences. Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or Consultant preferably within a consultancy environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least three of the following areas: operating model design, strategic workforce planning, capability mapping.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide operating models that support organizational strategy.
  • Define and structure capability frameworks reflecting core competencies.
  • Design and optimize service delivery models for stakeholder experience.
  • Establish governance models promoting transparency and accountability.
  • Create future-state organization structures enabling agility and growth.
  • Design and maintain a scalable job and career framework.
  • Lead initiatives for forecasting talent needs and bridging workforce gaps.
  • Implement change management strategies for cultural shifts.
