Job summary

Al Marwan Group in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of leasing across our mixed-use portfolio, including retail, office and residential components.

You will negotiate terms, conduct viewings, build relationships with tenants and brokers, curate tenant mix, and deliver regular reporting to senior management. Collaboration with Property Management, Marketing and Legal teams is essential to ensure compliant onboarding and successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in real estate leasing, specifically mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning, commercial lease structures, and current market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with ability to handle complex lease agreements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to pitch to tenants and brokers.
• Proficiency in property management and CRM software (Yardi).

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute proactive leasing strategies across retail, office, and residential components.
• Handle end-to-end lease negotiations, site viewings, and finalizing lease terms.
• Build and maintain relationships with tenants, brokers, and existing occupants.
• Curate strategic tenant mix to boost foot traffic and property value.
• Prepare leasing reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis for senior management.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, and Legal teams for onboarding and promotions.
