Job summary

Al Marwan Group, a diversified holding with interests in real estate development, hospitality, and contracting, is seeking a Leasing Specialist to lead mixed-use leasing initiatives across retail, residential, and office components.

You will negotiate terms, manage broker relationships, optimize tenant mix, and deliver regular market reports to senior management, working with property management, marketing, and legal teams to ensure compliant, high-occupancy outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of active real estate leasing experience, with a proven track record in mixed-use projects (Retail + Residential/Office).
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Deep understanding of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, commercial lease structures, and current market trends.
• Sharp negotiation and closing skills capable of handling complex lease agreements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to pitch to corporate brands and local operators.
• Proficiency in property management and CRM software (Yardi).
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies tailored to the mix of retail, office, and residential components within the portfolio.
• Handle end-to-end leasing process, including site viewings, negotiating terms (rent, fit-out periods, rent-free periods), and finalizing lease agreements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, brokers, and existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
• Curate a strategic tenant mix that enhances foot traffic and overall property value.
• Prepare regular leasing reports, pipeline updates, and market analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies tailored to the unique mix of components (retail, office, residential) within the portfolio

• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular leasing reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Property Management, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding, alignment on promotional events, and compliance with local regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of active real estate leasing experience, with a proven track record specifically in mixed-use projects (Retail + Residential/Office).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, commercial lease structures, and current market trends.
• Negotiation: Sharp negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-faceted lease agreements.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to pitch to corporate brands as well as local boutique operators.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in property management and CRM software (e.g., Yardi )
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
