Job summary

Al Marwan Group in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to drive the strategy and execution of leasing across our mixed-use portfolio, including retail, office and residential components.

You will negotiate terms, conduct viewings, build relationships with tenants and brokers, curate tenant mix, and deliver regular reporting to senior management. Collaboration with Property Management, Marketing and Legal teams is essential to ensure compliant onboarding and successful campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5+ years in real estate leasing, specifically mixed-use projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
• Strong knowledge of local real estate laws, zoning, commercial lease structures, and current market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with ability to handle complex lease agreements.
• Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to pitch to tenants and brokers.
• Proficiency in property management and CRM software (Yardi).

Key Responsibilities

• Leasing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement proactive leasing strategies tailored to the unique mix of components (retail, office, residential) within the portfolio
• Deal Negotiation: Handle the end-to-end leasing process, including conducting site viewings, negotiating commercial terms (rent, fit-out periods, rent-free periods), and finalizing lease agreements.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective tenants, real estate brokers, and existing tenants to ensure high retention rates.
• Tenant Mix Optimization: Curate a strategic tenant mix that enhances foot traffic, maximizes cross-visitation between components, and boosts overall property value.
• Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular leasing reports, pipeline updates, and market analysis for senior management.
• Collaboration: Work closely with Property Management, Marketing, and Legal teams to ensure seamless tenant onboarding, alignment on promotional events, and compliance with local regulations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: 3 to 5+ years of active real estate leasing experience, with a proven track record specifically in mixed-use projects (Retail + Residential/Office).
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of local real estate laws, zoning regulations, commercial lease structures, and current market trends.
• Negotiation: Sharp negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle complex, multi-faceted lease agreements.
• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to pitch to corporate brands as well as local boutique operators.
• Tech Savvy: Proficiency in property management and CRM software (e.g., Yardi )
