Job summary

The role includes recruiting, training, and implementing performance metrics in collaboration with marketing and property management.

You will conduct tours, qualify leads, negotiate leases, prepare agreements, oversee move-ins, and manage tenant relations, renewals, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in property leasing or a related sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting leasing targets and driving revenue.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities; proficient with MS Office and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a leasing team to achieve targets and revenue goals.
• Develop and implement performance metrics for the leasing team.
• Create and execute marketing strategies to attract tenants for residential/commercial properties.
• Conduct property tours and qualify leads; manage applications and credit/background checks.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare agreements; oversee move-ins and deposits.
