Job summary

Wasl Group, Dubai's leading real estate manager, seeks a Retail Manager to lead leasing across a diversified portfolio. You will identify tenants, propose tenant mixes, negotiate leases and renewals, and maintain productive tenant relationships.

Collaborate with Property Management, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Operations to deliver an attractive retail offering and timely onboarding. Enhance occupancy and rental income while coordinating with cross‑functional teams to drive portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Experience in commercial real estate leasing, including retail properties.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and property/leasing systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop leasing plans for assigned retail properties and manage occupancy targets.
• Identify prospective tenants and negotiate new leases and renewals.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to onboard tenants and support trading start.
• Monitor leasing pipeline, occupancy, and rental income; provide regular reporting.
