Job summary

Majid Al Futtaim Properties is seeking an experienced Senior Manager, Leasing to oversee leasing activities and maximize rental revenue across a Dubai portfolio. The role sits within the Asset Management UAE division and requires strong knowledge of commercial leasing, shopping mall operations, and lease negotiations.

You will lead the Leasing team, align leasing plans with portfolio strategies and budgets, and work closely with Asset Management and Corporate Leasing to deliver portfolio

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an equivalent field.
• 9-11 years of progressive experience in leasing management.
• Experience in retail properties, large shopping malls or major real estate businesses in the GCC or international markets.

Responsibilities

• Maximize leasing revenue across the assigned property portfolio.
• Review asset-level leasing plans and provide direction to the Leasing team.
• Oversee lease negotiations, contract preparation, and renewals.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with major tenants.
• Coordinate with Asset Management and Corporate Leasing teams to align with portfolio strategies.
