Job summary

AccorHotel in Dubai seeks an experienced hotel sales professional to drive revenue growth in MICE and corporate segments by developing and executing effective sales strategies.

The role involves identifying and securing new corporate accounts, managing key clients, and conducting presentations and site inspections to close deals. Collaboration with Revenue, Reservations, and operations ensures smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, including 1–2 years in MICE or Corporate accounts.
• Experience in Dubai/UAE hospitality market.
• Strong knowledge of Groups, Meetings & Events, and hotel room sales.
• Proven ability to negotiate commercial agreements and meet revenue targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with PMS/CRM systems.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue from MICE and Corporate segments
• Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new corporate accounts, event organizers, and travel management companies
• Manage existing key accounts to maximize room nights and event revenue
• Conduct sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
• Prepare competitive proposals, quotations, and negotiated corporate agreements
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, and operational departments for smooth business execution
• Participate in networking events, trade shows, and sales missions
• Maintain accurate client profiles and production records in the CRM system
