AccorHotels Dubai is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead MICE and Corporate revenue growth. You will develop strategic accounts, conduct meetings and site inspections, and present competitive proposals aligned with the hotel's commercial strategy.

You will maintain a strong pipeline, collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events, Banquets and Front Office, and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across the UAE market to achieve rooms, events, and total revenue targets.

Formación

• Bachelor's or diploma in Hospitality, Business, Sales, or related field.
• Minimum experience in hotel sales with MICE/Corporate focus.
• Dubai/UAE hospitality market experience preferred.
• Strong relationships with corporate clients and event planners.
• Proven ability to negotiate and hit targets.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement sales strategies to grow revenue from MICE and Corporate segments.
• Identify prospects and secure new corporate accounts including event organizers and travel management companies.
• Manage key accounts to maximize room nights, meetings and events revenue.
• Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, site inspections and familiarization visits.
• Prepare proposals, corporate agreements and negotiated rates in line with the hotel strategy.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and monitor market trends.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Reservations, Events, Banquets and Front Office to ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain relationships with decision-makers within assigned accounts.
