Job summary

Sundus is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for Large Relationships to drive merchant acquiring growth in Dubai/Abu Dhabi. You will expand channels and provide merchants with acquiring capabilities while nurturing long-term relationships.

You will promote VAS like DCC, MPOS, Loyalty Programs, and coordinate with VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, and CUP to optimize the payment card business. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the Payment Card Industry, specifically in Acquiring.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations, and associated risks.
• Experience with merchant onboarding and related processes.
• Ability to manage large to very large merchants and drive cross-selling.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in merchant acquiring by expanding channels and capabilities.
• Manage key merchant sectors and acquire large to very large merchants with strong relationships.
• Promote Value Added Services (VAS) such as DCC, MPOS, Loyalty Programs, and other solutions.
• Liaise with card payment networks (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, CUP) on Payment Card Business aspects.
