Qualifications

• Experience in a B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management role within payments or digital-first businesses.

Responsibilities

• Drive merchant ROI by crafting development plans focused on revenue growth.
• Analyse payment data to improve acceptance and reduce declines.
• Identify opportunities to upsell products and features within accounts.
• Maintain high-touch relationships to reduce churn and resolve issues.
• Lead commercial negotiations for long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with Sales, Integration, Legal and Product teams for a seamless experience.
• Advocate for product strategy and provide guidance on global payment strategies.
