Job summary

SUNDUS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY & STUDIES BUREAUL.L.C is seeking a senior merchant acquiring professional in Dubai to drive growth by expanding channels and capabilities. You will manage onboarding for large merchants, promote value-added services, and liaise with card networks to ensure compliant operations.

The role requires strong negotiation, communication, and market awareness, with 5–7 years in the Payment Card Industry focusing on acquiring. UAE regulatory knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• Maintain long-term relationships with large merchants through regular communication.
• Manage onboarding of large merchants and introductions to products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand and enhance the merchant base.
• Generate new sales through onboarding of new merchants.
• Cross-sell additional business through effective strategies.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues.
• Monitor merchant satisfaction and collect feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of UAE banking practices, regulations and risks.
• Possess knowledge of VISA, MasterCard, AMEX and CUP products.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth in merchant acquiring by expanding channels and capabilities.
• Promote value-added services and loyalty programs to merchants.
• Liaise with major card networks on payment card business aspects.
