Checkout.com is actively seeking an Enterprise Account Manager in Dubai to act as the trusted advisor and primary post‑integration contact for large merchants. You will influence C‑level stakeholders, analyze payment performance, and drive growth across strategic accounts in a fast-paced fintech environment.

You’ll partner with Sales, Integration, Legal and Product teams to deliver an outstanding merchant experience, reduce churn, and expand wallet share.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a B2B Enterprise Account Management or Relationship Management role within payments/digital business.
• Strong knowledge of payment technologies, e-commerce, and fintech trends.
• Proven ability to hit financial targets, reduce churn, and drive expansion revenue.
• Comfort using data to tell a story and translate insights into merchant recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Driving Merchant ROI: craft merchant-specific development plans focused on revenue and value.
• Performance Optimisation: analyze merchant payment data to improve acceptance and checkout flow.
• Strategic Growth: identify opportunities to upsell new products and features within accounts.
• Retention & Loyalty: build high-touch relationships to reduce churn and resolve pain points.
• Commercial Negotiation: navigate conversations with enterprise merchants toward long-term partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Sales, Integration, Legal and Product teams for a seamless merchant experience.
• Market Advocacy: represent product and brand in global payment strategies.
