Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Learning & Development Manager to drive the organization’s training strategy and capability-building initiatives. You will lead workshops, leadership programs, and compliance with Forbes service standards, ensuring alignment with luxury hospitality expectations.

You will partner with senior leaders to identify development needs, design targeted programs, and measure learning impact on performance and engagement.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to develop and implement organization-wide L&D strategies.
• Experience in leadership development, talent management, and performance management.
• Proficient with LMS, HRIS, and analytics to drive learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual L&D strategy and training plan.
• Lead design and delivery of induction, technical, behavioral, and leadership training.
• Oversee Forbes training and compliance initiatives and related assessments.
• Partner with leaders to build talent pipelines and succession plans.
• Ensure learning programs meet UAE regulatory and organizational standards.
