Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Identify and coord training and development needs.
• Coordinate internal and external training programs and monitor participation.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR queries.
• Assist with performance appraisal processes and development actions.
• Maintain confidential HR records and prepare documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management.
