Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Abu Dhabi is seeking a People & Development Executive to lead HR initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and HR administration.

You will partner with managers to foster engagement, coordinate development programs, and ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law while maintaining confidential records.

This role requires 3–5 years in HR, strong communication, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Experience designing, coordinating, and implementing training and development programs.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employee lifecycle best practices.
• Familiarity with UAE Labour Law and HR compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding plans and new-hire documentation.
• Identify and coordinate internal and external training programs.
• Maintain training records and monitor participation.
• Support employee engagement activities and HR queries.
• Coordinate performance appraisal processes and development actions.
• Maintain confidential HR records and prepare required documentation.
• Ensure policies comply with UAE employment regulations.
