Job summary

Mastercard Inc. in Dubai seeks a Director of Account Management to lead business development support for key accounts, align with strategic plans, and monitor performance metrics to inform management decisions.

You will analyze customer profitability, develop financial models, coordinate with product and account teams, and drive growth across debit and other lines while ensuring timely execution of agreements and communications with partners.

Qualifications

• Business acumen and strategic thinking required.
• Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• Strong English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams.
• Self-starter with the initiative to drive initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Experience in financial analytics and modelling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage business development opportunities for assigned accounts, including monitoring customer satisfaction.
• Analyse customers’ existing business through profitability modelling, financial forecasting and competitive analysis and recommend opportunities for additional revenue.
• Develop financial modelling and business cases for identified opportunities.
• Develop and report on sales pipeline with product development and account management teams.
• Identify opportunities to sell new products to existing customers.
• Develop long-term growth strategies to optimize mutual profitability across debit, credit and other business lines.
• Work with a virtual team of Mastercard subject matter experts to articulate value propositions and close new business opportunities.
