Job summary

Easy World Automation (eWorld) is seeking a seasoned Key Account Manager to grow the company’s most important client accounts in the UAE. You will build trusted relationships, be the single point of contact for key clients, and ensure their timelines and success.

You will own end-to-end key accounts, identify new projects, and drive aggressive sales growth for data communication products and industrial automation across the Middle East region. Travel is expected as required.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of work experience as Account Manager in a similar industry.
• Experience in distribution of Industrial automation, Networking, CCTV, Telecommunication products preferred.
• Thorough knowledge of local and international laws, regulations related to customs and taxes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key accounts and named accounts.
• Own end-to-end ownership of key accounts and pipeline opportunities.
• Identify new projects and orders with key accounts through ongoing communication.
• Drive year-on-year sales growth for data communication products and industrial automation.
• Understand client needs and resolve queries to maximize profits.
• Develop local system integrators and partners to increase sales and support.
• Represent Easy World in OEM design and end-user projects.
• Meet customers regularly and keep CRM updated with leads and opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders for orders, deliveries, and payments.
