Job summary

Logsqr in the UAE seeks an experienced intralogistics sales professional to establish new opportunities, lead project sales, and drive growth across the MENA region.

You will build strong relationships with prospects, identify technical needs, and collaborate with engineering to develop tailored automation solutions that meet customer requirements. The role also covers marketing support in the territory and cross-functional communication with management.

Qualifications

• Engineering or scientific degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial sales/business development.
• Intralogistics or industrial automation experience in the MENA region; Arabic language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and understand their operational needs.
• Develop new leads and opportunities using industry knowledge and networking.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to devise solutions based on client data.
• Support marketing strategy development and activity within the territory.

Focal Responsibility

• Establish new opportunities within Intralogistics automation material handling.
• Engage in project and solution sales within intralogistics automation and deliver against targets.
• Cover and engage in Sales and marketing throughout MENA while based in UAE or KSA.

Core Functions

• Building strong relationships with prospects and understanding their key operational requirements
• Using Industry knowledge and networking to develop new leads and prospects
• Develop and maintain effective on-going relationships with key customer bases
• Identifying technical needs based on client feedback
• Working with engineering teams to analyze customer data and develop suitable solutions
• Assist in Development and implementation of marketing strategy within territory
• Support Internal Communication and Report professionally to management
• Support the administrative tasks and Office processes

Educational / Professional Qualifications

• Essential
  • Degree qualified in an engineering or scientific discipline – Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial engineering or Logistics.
• Desirable
  • ACAD, CRM and Design software Experience
• Essential
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in industrial sales/business development.
  • Previous experience in a project sales environment with an understanding of industrial project ecosystem.
  • Previous experience in intralogistics or industrial automation.
